Welcome to Jovia. We want Jovia to be a fun, safe, and respectful space where adults can connect. These Community Guidelines set expectations for behavior on and off the app. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from Jovia.
Comfort levels vary. Keep your public profile respectful. In chat, if someone isn’t comfortable with a topic, stop and move on. Consent matters—always.
Do not post nudity or explicit sexual content in public profile photos, bio, or prompts. (Private messages are not a free pass for harassment or non-consensual sexual content.)
Do not publicly share personal contact details (phone number, email, home address) or financial information. Don’t pressure others to share theirs. If someone asks for money or investments, treat it as a scam and report it.
Jovia is not a place to:
Ask for money, gift cards, crypto, or “urgent help”
Run investment schemes
Blackmail, extort, or threaten someone (including “sextortion”)
Do not use Jovia to promote escorting, sexual services, or “sugar/allowance” style compensated relationships. No solicitation of any kind.
Do not pretend to be someone else, use stolen photos, or misrepresent your identity. Fake profiles, bots, and automated activity are not allowed.
No harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, or discriminatory content. Threats of violence, doxxing, or targeted abuse are not tolerated.
Do not post or send content that glorifies violence, gore, or self-harm, or that encourages harm to others.
You must be 18 years or older to use Jovia. Do not post photos of unaccompanied minors, nude/partial-nude minors, or “childhood photos” intended to represent yourself as a minor.
No illegal activity—ever. This includes buying/selling drugs, trafficking, exploitation, or any content that endangers minors.
Each account must be used by one real person. No shared accounts, no multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
Do not share other people’s private messages, photos, or personal information without consent. Respect intellectual property rights.
No spam, mass messaging, link farming, follower-gaining tactics, or attempts to manipulate or game the system. Do not submit false or malicious reports.
If you see or experience behavior that violates these guidelines, please Report the user in-app. Reports help protect the community. We treat reports as confidential and may take action based on our review.
We may take actions including:
Removing content
Issuing warnings
Restricting features (e.g., messaging limits)
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
We may also take action for serious misconduct that occurs off the app if it involves people you met through Jovia.
