About Me
I am a 3rd year PhD student advised by Dr. Donsub Rim at Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL). I have a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (NC A&T) in Greensboro, NC and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL..
I am currently serving as the Social Media Coordinator for the Black Graduate Student Association at WUSTL. I also serve as the Vice President of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics WUSTL chapter.
My Master's Project, titled "Hurricane Florence (2018): Atmospheric Modeling and Weather Forecasting using Multiple Linear Regression" was completed under the supervision of Dr. Liping Liu of NC A&T.
My research interests include the following:
Numerical Analysis of partial differential equations (PDEs)
Machine Learning: stability analysis of deep learning models
Geophysical applications: Hurricane and Tsunami forecasting
