Welcome

Welcome to our Journal Club on Organizational Behavior!

1. Journal Club:
The goal of our journal club is to discuss the latest research in (micro) organizational behavior. We will cover topics such as cognition and decision making, emotion and affect, leadership, culture, and diversity. We will be meeting online once a month (meeting time TBD) to discuss the latest research in organizational behavior. Our first meeting of season 3 will be Mid-February!

2. Resource Hub:
Sharing is caring! Therefore, J-COB aspires to become your resource hub for early career researchers, gathering exciting events, workshops, courses, or other resources that could be valuable to you! :)

Let’s explore the fascinating field of organizational behavior together!

About us

Jelena is a lab manager at Harvard Business School. In her research, she is curious about the passions people pursue outside of work. Jelena's very own non-work passion is graphic design. Besides that, she enjoys "sightrunning" (sightseeing & running), or lets Kai convince her to do comedy improv.

Kai is a PhD student in the Organizational Behavior unit at Harvard Business School, researching passion for work and flextraversion. His enthusiasm for science is mirrored in his German psychology podcast “Positiv Korreliert.” Kai regularly, but unsuccessfully, attempts yoga and comedy improv.
