a couple of markers, cheer-

leaders, and spirit.' 

inspired by a genghis khan book.. on the left an invasive force carrying horses and weaponry, while on the right lies the defendants laying down the border, backed and supported by spirits that roam with them. the flag and the saddle cloth hold the same color to reinforce the idea of the mutual interest of holding the land. the top left image is a desert (to establish the setting) and a map (top right) covering one of the many areas (modern day tibet) where something like this could have taken place way back when..
