SATURDAY: 03/02
1. Meet at 6:30 am at the old gear cage, plan to leave before 7 am, make sure students have health forms filled out.
2. Leave at 7 am, 11:30 drive from grand rapids to Montreat college. Stop for road lunch provided by Calvin.
3. Lunch between Cincinnati and Lexington, around 1:30. Glen Hurst Park in Independence, KY is an option for lunch. Stop for dinner around 6:30 at a fast-food place of student’s choice.

SUNDAY: 03/03
1. Wake up early from Lake Powhatan and plan to leave by 8:30, arrive at Art Loeb trail head (North) near Ledbetter lodge (35.38714, -82.89572) (3272). 9:15 AM
2. Run Shuttles from 2:45 to Brevard NC (South Trail Head, and back) (35.28178, -82.7203) (2150) arrive back around 12:15 P.M.
3. Eat a quick lunch prior to hiking, start on trail 12:30 P.M. Grab Dinner 2 from Cooler, prior to hiking.
4. Day 1 hiking: Hike 4 miles to Camp at campsite (1N) (10s) (35.39980, -82.86424))5000).
Monday: 03/04
1. Day 2 hiking: 6 miles, Hike up to the top of Cold Mountain. Hike past campsite (9S) (35.38160, -8286899) (5700). Water source (2N) (35.36687, -82.86464) (5750). Camp at campsite (8S) (35.36221, -82.86409) (5760).
Tuesday: 03/05
1. Day 3 Hiking: hike 7 miles, Hike past Campsites before black balsam knob (6S) (35.33724, -82.86842) (3N) (35.33719, -82.86861) (6000). and Black balsam knob (4N) (35.32990, -82.87468) (6175). Plan to camp at campsite (5S) (35.29374, -82.87458).
Wednesday: 03/06
1. Day 4 hiking: 8.5 miles hike past shelter (5N) (4S) (35.28080, -82.86756) by pilot mountain. Find water source (6) (35.25312, -82.80979). Camp at Campsite (3S) (35.24906, -8279961).
Thursday: 03/07
1. Day 5 hiking: Hike 3-4 Miles past Cat Gap (2S) (35.26511, -82.78938) to campsite (9N) (1S) (35.27117, -82.75784).
Friday: 03/08
1. Day 6 Hiking: Start hiking at 7. Hike 4 miles out to Art Loeb trailhead (South) near Brevard NC, (35.28178, -82.7203) (2150)
2. Begin running shuttle, 2:45 shuttle back to Brevard, while shuttle is running students can choose to hike nearby trails, and they will prepare and eat lunch. Leave for Grand Rapids before 1:30. Arrive back at Calvin around 2:30 am
