I am Associate Professor at the School of Mathematics of the University of Bristol. Here are my contact details and university webpage.   

 I have previously held positions of Professor at the Université Côte d'Azur (Nice, France), Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati (USA), Maître de Conférences at the Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse, France), lecturer at Universität Zürich (Switzerland), post-doctorant at ETH Zürich and PhD student at Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris, France). 

Research interest

My research interests are the following:

• Random matrix theory: study of random unitary matrices (in particular, the Circular Unitary Ensemble), random permutation matrices and related infinite-dimensional limiting objects, link between random matrix theory and number theory, link between random matrix theory and mathematical physics. 

• Stochastic analysis: study of limiting measures constructed by modifying the Brownian motion or more general stochastic processes, study of the Brownian local times and polymer models. 

• Analytic and probabilistic number theory: study of extreme values and moments of the Riemann zeta function, study of random multiplicative functions.

Music

I did advanced musical studies at the Conservatory of Paris and I still play the piano regularly. I perform a few times per year.

 I have also composed music: some of my pieces can be found on my youtube channel, and on other platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.). For good pianists, here is one of my scores.
