I am currently working as a Postdoc at Clemson University on an RTG grant looking into connections between commutative algebra and coding theory.

I obtained my PhD from Tulane University under the direction of Huy Tài Hà. Here I completed my dissertation "Symbolic Powers of Squarefree Monomial Ideals Associated to Graphs" which looked at which investigates properties of edge and cover ideals, like componentwise linearity, and computes invariants like Castelnuovo-Mumford regularity and resurgence number.

Prior to attending Tulane I received my M.Sc. in Mathematics from Texas State University under the direction of Susan Morey. I then worked as a lecturer for a year at TxState.
