My PC is the biggest portable screen I have and the quality of the experience is underwhelming at best. Switching to my phone to watch an anime offline is getting frustrating. Is the windows app ever going to get updated feature and UI wise? Or do you think they might do what YouTube does by letting you with a web app? I've been trying to find a way to contact Crunchyroll to find out if it's even on the table.
I usually watch CR on my laptop, using the windows app. Last time I used it was a couple of days ago, with everything working fine. Now it simply opens the website in the Edge browser. Is that just the way it is now? No more old Windows app? I don't know how to feel about this. The app had a simple layout. The website is clunky and bloated.
