I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University (ANU). My research focuses on environmental issues in middle-income countries, using causal inference, machine learning, and applied microeconomics. I am currently a Teaching Assistant for Microeconomics and Applied Microeconometrics at the ANU College of Business and Economics.
Prior to my Ph.D. studies, I worked as an Economic Analyst in the Peruvian public sector, including roles at the National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and the International Trade Centre in Switzerland. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s degree in Economics from the ANU.
