On of the most valuable tools we have as professionals is the tool of Collaboration. Each week, we had an opportunity to post our thoughts on topics and had the opportunity to not only share these thoughts with others in our class, but grow by seeing others perspectives on the same topics. Here are my thoughts on our weekly discussions, as well as my thoughts on lessons learned through a coach's eyes.
