This Privacy Policy explains how Joongames (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our mobile games and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
This Policy covers:
Joongames mobile games and in-game features (e.g., events, leaderboards, cloud save if available)
Customer support via email (gameggon@gmail.com)
We do not run user forums or social sign-ins at this time.
We do not require an account and we do not collect names, phone numbers, address books, precise (GPS) location, or payment card numbers.
Device & app data: device model, OS/version, language, time zone, app version, IP address (for security and coarse location such as country/region)
Identifiers: mobile advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) and similar SDK identifiers
Analytics & performance: gameplay events (e.g., session length, feature usage, progress), crash logs, diagnostics
In-app purchases are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play). We receive purchase confirmations/receipts (e.g., product ID, timestamp) but no payment card details.
If you contact us, we receive the email content and any info you choose to provide (e.g., screenshots, device details).
Provide/improve gameplay, performance, and stability
Analytics to understand features and fix issues
Security/anti-fraud and compliance with platform policies
Ads & measurement (only via our ad partner; see §5)
Customer support if you email us
We do not maintain a separate user account database.
We do not collect sensitive categories (e.g., precise location, contacts, photos, microphone) unless a specific feature clearly asks and you consent (not used currently).
We do not sell personal information.
We integrate only the following, limited to their normal functions:
Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics): app analytics, crash reporting, performance diagnostics
Google AdMob: in-game advertising and basic ad measurement using the device’s advertising ID
These partners process data under their own privacy terms. You can limit personalized ads via your device settings (see §8).
We share information only with:
Service providers/SDKs listed in §5 to operate analytics, crashes, and ads
Platform providers (Apple/Google) to validate purchases
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our users and Services
We do not otherwise disclose personal information.
Joongames does not keep a persistent user database and does not store gameplay analytics or crash logs on its own servers. Analytics/crash/ad data are held by the SDK providers in §5 under their retention policies.
Support emails are kept in our email system only as long as necessary to handle your request, after which we aim to delete or anonymize them.

Limit Ads Tracking:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Ads (Limit Ad Tracking or Ask App Not to Track)
Android: Settings → Google → Ads (Reset/opt-out of Ads Personalization)
Reset your advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) at any time in OS settings

Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please keep your device up to date.
Our SDK partners may process data in multiple countries. Where required, they apply appropriate safeguards under applicable laws.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app or on the store page).
