미니게임 개인정보처리방침

"미니게임"(이하 "앱")은 개인 개발자 김종성이 제공하는 보드게임·미니게임 모음 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 개발자의 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 이용 중 다음 정보가 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
- 이용자가 입력한 닉네임과 앱 설정(언어, 음량 등)
- 게임 기록, 업적, 즐겨찾기
- 기기를 구별하기 위해 앱이 만든 무작위 식별자(기기 밖으로 전송되지 않으며, 같은 자리에서 함께 게임한 기기 사이에서만 기록 복원에 쓰입니다)
이 정보는 Android 자동 백업 기능이 켜진 경우 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 저장공간에 백업될 수 있으며, 개발자는 여기에 접근할 수 없습니다.
2. 네트워크와 권한
앱의 함께하기 기능은 같은 공간에 있는 기기끼리 직접 연결합니다. 이를 위해 다음 권한을 사용하며, 모두 근처 기기 연결 용도로만 쓰입니다.
- Wi-Fi·네트워크 상태: 같은 Wi-Fi에 있는 다른 기기와 연결합니다.
- 근처 Wi-Fi 기기(Android 13 이상) / 위치(Android 12 이하): Wi-Fi Direct로 공유기 없이 연결할 때 Android가 요구하는 권한입니다. 앱은 위치 정보를 읽거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 블루투스: Wi-Fi를 쓸 수 없을 때 근처 기기와 연결합니다.
- 알림·포그라운드 서비스: 화면이 꺼져도 진행 중인 게임 연결이 끊기지 않게 합니다.
통신 내용은 게임 진행에 필요한 데이터(수, 점수, 채팅 문구와 첨부 이미지, 닉네임)뿐이며 인터넷을 거치지 않고 어디에도 저장되지 않습니다.
3. 광고와 분석 도구
앱에는 광고가 없으며, 분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 광고를 추가하는 경우 이 방침을 먼저 갱신하고 앱 업데이트에 반영합니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 정보의 삭제
기기 안에 저장된 모든 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.
6. 방침의 변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Mini Game Privacy Policy

"Mini Game" (the "App") is a collection of board games and mini games published by an individual developer, Jongsung Kim. The App has no sign-up or login and does not send personal information to any developer server.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect or transmit personal information. The following data is stored only on your device:
- The nickname you enter and app settings (language, volume, etc.)
- Game records, achievements and favourites
- A random identifier generated by the App to tell devices apart (never sent off the device; used only to restore records between devices that played together in the same place)
If Android Auto Backup is enabled, this data may be backed up to your own Google account storage. The developer has no access to it.
2. Network and permissions
The play-together features connect devices that are in the same room directly. The App uses the permissions below solely for nearby connections:
- Wi-Fi and network state: to connect with other devices on the same Wi-Fi.
- Nearby Wi-Fi devices (Android 13+) / Location (Android 12 and below): required by Android for Wi-Fi Direct connections without a router. The App does not read or store your location.
- Bluetooth: to connect nearby devices when Wi-Fi is unavailable.
- Notifications / foreground service: to keep an ongoing game connected while the screen is off.
Only game data (moves, scores, chat messages and attached images, nicknames) is exchanged; it never travels over the internet and is not stored anywhere.
3. Advertising and analytics
The App contains no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking tools. If advertising is added in the future, this policy will be updated first and shipped with the App update.
4. Children's privacy
Because the App collects no personal information, it collects none from children either.
5. Deleting your data
All data stored on the device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in Android settings.
6. Changes to this policy
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
