Aquatic insects

Population dynamics

The ongoing biodiversity crisis becomes evident in the widely observed decline in abundance and diversity of species, profound changes in community structure, and shifts in species’ phenology. We study how aquatic communities respond to global change and investigate the role of different anthropogenic drivers in the taxonomic and functional structuring of communities.
