Two brothers out of Northwest Arkansas contacted me to help them redesign their website. I created a site map and style-tile which they passed off to a web developer who is currently building out the site.
The brother's business mainly came from word-of-mouth referrals, and they viewed the website as a tool for lead generation. I conducted a market positioning exercise with them to understand their desired brand repositioning. The results indicated a shift from their casual, traditional brand towards a more modern and sophisticated market, which informed the style tile's direction.
I developed a style tile that encapsulates the brand's intended digital visual identity, along with a framework for the website's UI, which a developer could use to apply across the site.
Working closely with the brothers, I developed a site map that outlined the structure, content, and functionality of the website, in alignment with their business goals and user needs. This blueprint provided clear guidance for the developer during the build process.
