You are about to join the Arlington Education Association, the union representing front-line educators in Arlington, Massachusetts!  As an AEA Member, you'll also be a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Education Association, the largest labor union in the United States.  

 DUES RATES:

Most people have dues directly deducted from their paychecks, in eight equal installments from the first paycheck of the month from November through June.   Dues are divided between AEA, MTA, and NEA and increase slightly annually (AEA has frozen dues in the past two years due to strong fiscal management on our part).  If you don't select direct deduction, you are responsible for paying dues in full by December 5th.
