I am an Associate Director of Economic Analysis at the Budget Lab at Yale. My research focuses on public and labor economics, with a concentration on all-things tax.
I received my PhD from the Department of Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park, and my Masters in Public Policy from the Goldman School at U.C. Berkeley. Prior to starting at the Budget Lab, I worked for the Congressional Budget Office, the While House Counsel of Economic Advisers, the California Policy Lab, and the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center.
