Beyond teaching at Loyola, Professor Burger has been a visiting scholar at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland and De Nederlandsche Bank in Amsterdam. He has served as a consultant to the OECD, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and Inter-American Development Bank.
