This Fall, the John Jay Soccer Program will be selling Dri-Fit short and long-sleeve shirts to help raise money for two fantastic organizations.

During the month of September, both the Boys JV and Varsity Soccer teams will wear 9/11 "Never Forget" Dri-Fit short-sleeve shirts during their pregame warm-up. Some of these shirts will be available for purchase, with proceeds going to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries out its mission to “do good,” by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. To date, T2T has raised over $500 million and built over 1,200 mortgage-free homes for these families.

When the calendar flips to October, the teams too will switch to a Breast Cancer  "Stronger Together" Dri-Fit long-sleeve shirt. These, too, will be available for purchase, with proceeds being donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, whose mission is to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research.  The foundation invests in research that’s changing how we think about cancer. That means more answers, faster breakthroughs, and personalized treatment for every patient. In 2024, the BCRF is the largest private funder of breast cancer research—and the largest private funder of metastatic research—in the entire United States.

The John Jay Soccer Program is proud to support these two amazing organizations this Fall.
