Why yoga

My yoga adventure started in college, as a form of stretching to recover from collegiate sports. While I only was doing it once to twice a week, I never understood the impact that it was creating in my body.

In 2017 after moving from California to Georgia and finally to North Carolina; I took a 200 Hour Teacher Training program at Embrace Yoga Studio.

Shortly after I completed my Warriors at Ease Level 1. Warriors at Ease is a military focuses yoga teaching program.
