Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp is the Founder and President of Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp. A former operator, Joel Kennedy is uniquely experienced in the area of underground utilities. Kennedy established the company in 1982 on core values of safety, reliability and high quality workmanship. He is proud to have assembled an experienced team of reliable engineers, operators, foremen and laborers who make up the outfit. Dedicated to continued learning, safety and training continue to be the backbone of the Constructing Corp’s first class construction services. The experienced team is a proud partner of MEA Energy Association (MEA), which enriches the employee experience through its cutting edge training practices and programs.

For more than a decade, Joel Kennedy has collaborated with Rey St. Martin College Prep in their experiential learning program. Through the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund (DMSF), Joel Kennedy’s support of experiential learning extends to the greater community of Lake County & Surrounding Areas. For over 25 years, this academic scholarship has facilitated invaluable learning opportunities for students growing up in under-resourced and or/marginalized communities. Joel Kennedy Constructing Corp is proud to welcome students to their state-of-the-art facility for experiential learning.
