Field Experience Rating: Proficient

The field experience project would qualify for the Pennsylvania Academic Standards, but I wrote a paper on a webinar instead of actually going out into the field. I work in a corporate university, so I was not able to get into a school to do the field experience in a classroom. I'm rating myself proficient because I satisfied the requirements for the assignment.

Learner Diversity Rating: Proficient

The learner diversity project factored in the strengths and needs of learners because it specifically addressed learners with special needs. I rated myself as proficient because the project was done thoroughly, but I know I know at this point, I don't have advanced skills in educational theory and application. I used the DID model and created a lesson plan that would engage all students in technology, regardless of their learning style. This activity helped me grow as a professional because I learned a new skill that I could immediately use as a professional.
