I am an instructional designer who enjoys being able to connect with diverse groups of people, hearing their stories and goals, and creating innovative solutions based on their needs.

I believe each learner has a unique potential to contribute to a community, and combine theory, data, and their own knowledge and experience to help them grow. I leverage a wide range of creative technologies, design methods, and e-Learning tools to engage audiences, and believe that a learner needs to actively apply the knowledge they are learning while they are learning it.
