My massage journey began in 1998 after graduating from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, Massachusetts. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including corporate enviroments, chiropractic offices, spas and health clinics. However, most of my career has been devoted to working as a sole practitioner.

Over the years, I have come to believe that when we allow the body to settle into a place of ease, it can begin to release tension and find its own path toward balance and relief.

My goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can slow down, let go and reconnect with your body. I strive to provide an experience that encourages relaxation, rejuvenation and repose.
