We collect personal information necessary to create and manage your account and provide you access to job postings. This includes:

Password
Login information (Google or Apple ID if used for sign-in)
If enabled on your device, Job Track allows authentication using Face ID or Fingerprint (Biometric Login) to enhance security and provide convenient access.
This biometric information is handled by your device’s operating system and is never stored or transmitted by Job Track.

Account Registration: When you sign up manually or via Google or Apple ID.
Authentication: When you log in using your credentials or biometric login.
In-App Features: When you use features like the To-Do List or reminders.
Your data is used strictly to operate and improve Job Track. Specifically:
To authenticate users and secure account access

To allow admins to create and post jobs in various departments
To send reminders set by the user in the To-Do List feature

The To-Do List feature allows users to create personal tasks and set reminders (date and time).
This information is stored locally on the device or securely on our server to provide reminders and is not shared externally.
