Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates

• Develop and implement effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques to identify top talent

• Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the management team

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience

• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of talent delivery services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong stakeholder management, job description designing, and candidate and client coordination skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and trends

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies

• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
