ABOUT THE ROLE:\
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic member who is willing to explore with team CUSMAT, a B2B SaaS company, and is willing to work on challenging projects, timelines and new concepts.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that generate the
company's income.
● Retain, expand and nurture key relationships with top customers.
● Generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
● Follow pain chains and pain charts to navigate through various stakeholders within the
account to increase the size of the account.
● Establishing contacts with the recommended number of Key Stakeholders within an
account.
● Achieving Quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying and developing new
customers.
● Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
● Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the
fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
● Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
stakeholders.
● Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
● Undergo, Adopt Sales Training Techniques by attending Sales Training Workshops
conducted by the company.
● Follow Sales Techniques in customer conversations, strictly adhering to the
recommended practices for Value-Based Selling.
● Maintain CRM Hygiene as per company recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
● Deep Industrial Connects in segments we sell in, active Rolodex
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships
with professionals of all organizational levels
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
● Ability to apply Value-based selling techniques
● Advanced understanding of Solutions Selling process and sales cycles
GOOD TO HAVE
● Proven experience as Key Account Manager
● Good Industrial connections and a deep understanding of industrial sales
