Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

•Focus on revenue generation, customer acquisition, customer retention & 

cost efficiency through set processes

•Enhancement of deposit pool from customers

•Establishing standards and delivery of service

•Sale of non-deposit products, MF, insurance products & fee income

•Achieving cross selling targets progressively 

•Branch administration

•Regulatory compliance

Eligibility:

Min Graduation

•Minimum 5-6 years of exposure in Branch Banking domain

•At least 2-3 years of experience as Branch Manager

•Must have had sales experience (liabilities products preferred)

Leadership skills, Team handling experience is must
