Jobs Auto Form Fillup ("the App", "we", "us") is a productivity tool that helps
you save your personal information once and automatically fill it into online job
application forms (such as Bangladesh government / Teletalk forms). This Privacy
Policy explains what information the App handles and how.
IMPORTANT: Jobs Auto Form Fillup is an independent, third-party utility. It is
NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of Teletalk, any
government agency, or any employer. Job listings shown in the App come from
publicly available sources.

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
To fill forms for you, the App lets you save profile information, which may
include:
• Name, father's/mother's name (English and native script)
• Date of birth, gender, religion, nationality, marital status, blood group
• Mobile number and email address
• National ID (NID), Birth Registration, and Passport numbers
• Present and permanent address details
• Education details (exam, board, roll, registration, results, subjects, etc.)
• Quota / departmental status and other application details
• Your photo and signature images (for forms that require them)
You enter this information yourself. You are not required to provide any of it —
you may save only the fields you want.
2. GOOGLE SIGN-IN (OPTIONAL)
You may sign in with your Google account to back up and sync your profile across
devices. If you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile
picture from Google. You can also choose "Continue without signing in" and use
the App fully on one device without providing any Google information.
3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
Your information is used only to:
• Automatically fill the fields of job application forms you open in the App
• Display and let you copy your saved details
• Back up and sync your profile (only if you are signed in)
• Show and search job listings and notify you of new government job postings
We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT use it for advertising.
4. WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED
• On your device: your profile (including photo/signature) is stored locally on
your device.
• On our servers: if you sign in with Google, an encrypted copy of your profile
is stored on our servers (fulhar.com) so it can sync to your other devices.
Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
5. AUTOFILL AND WEB FORMS
When you use the autofill feature, the App opens the job application website
inside an in-app browser and fills the matching fields with the information you
saved. Your saved data is sent only to the website you are applying on (e.g. the
Teletalk form) at the moment you submit that application, exactly as if you had
typed it yourself.
6. JOB LISTINGS
The App fetches publicly available job circulars, tenders, and results from our
job service and public job feeds. Browsing jobs does not require you to share any
personal information.
7. NOTIFICATIONS
With your permission, the App may show you a notification when new government job
listings are added. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device
settings.
8. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
• Photos/Media: to let you pick and resize a photo/signature to attach to forms.
• Internet: to load job listings and application forms and to sync your profile.
• Notifications: to alert you about new jobs (optional).
9. DATA SHARING
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
• The job application website you choose to fill (you initiate this).
• Google, for the sign-in you initiate.
• Service providers that host our backend, bound to protect your data.
We may disclose information if required by law.
10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You are in full control of your data:
• "Delete All" inside the App removes your saved profile from your device and,
if you are signed in, from our servers.
• Signing out stops syncing.
• To request deletion of any data associated with your account, contact us at
the address below.
11. CHILDREN
The App is intended for job seekers and is not directed to children under 13. We
do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on
this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
