Job Reports Privacy Policy

Job Reports ("the app") is a daily job report tool for service technicians. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
1. Your data stays on your device
Everything you enter in Job Reports (company name, customers, jobs, prices, notes, logo, and settings) is stored only on your iPhone. We do not run servers for this app, we do not create accounts, and we do not collect, receive, or have access to your data.
2. What we do not do
- We do not collect personal information.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
3. Reports, PDFs, and backups
When you create a PDF, a receipt, or a backup file, the app opens the standard iOS share sheet. What happens to that file next (saving it, texting it, emailing it) is controlled by you and by the app you choose to share it with. Because data is stored only on your phone, deleting the app or losing your phone without a backup will permanently remove your data. We recommend making regular backups.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The app offers an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Payments, free trials, and renewals are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
5. Children
Job Reports is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
