I work part-time as a Physiotherapist, and bake in my home kitchen around this. One of my specialties is my selection of sourdough breads, which you can set up a weekly order for! All of my bakes are handmade with love in my home kitchen, for which I have been awarded a food hygiene rating of 5*. I have enjoyed baking since I was young, and have been working on perfecting my bakes to the point where I have now been able to start up this small business from my home kitchen.
Collection is in Marsh, Huddersfield. However, with prior arrangement, I can take it with me to various locations, including Wakefield for you to collect from there. I make a selection of bakes which are made without gluten, but they are not sold as gluten-free as they have not been through the required testing to be classified as gluten-free. I follow a variety of precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, see the disclaimer for details. If you have any food allergy's, please let me know at point of ordering so as I can be aware to take extra precautions.
What is the order process? Just send me a message or email (joannascrumbandcrust@gmail.com) with your order and any dietary requirements. I will then reply with options for when I can have the bakes ready (I need 24-36 hours generally). If one of the options is suitable for you then we will agree the order and I will start baking. Payment by bank transfer prior to collection is preferable but cash on collection is also an option. You order will be fresh baked specifically for you ready for you to collect at the agreed time.

Disclaimer: Please note the following when considering ordering the 'made without gluten' bakes
Although care has been taken to avoid cross-contamination, there remains a risk as products are baked in a kitchen that contains gluten.
The ingredients used for these bakes are kept separate to the rest of the ingredients.
Where possible, separate utensils ad bowls etc are used as I have a selection of things that are kept separate for baking only without gluten. Where this isn't possible (for example, I only have one stand mixer) I give all the cleaned items a second wash before using to bake without gluten.
I bake the items without gluten first, before starting to get out gluten ingredients for any other orders for the day
