Rarely, as in almost never, do I get blown away in my life by a food that mutates me into a fanatic. Fanatic? Is that a cross between a Fan and a  Lunatic? Well, that's me once I tasted my friend Alex Paniagua and his wife Stephanie's decadent eclair at their B. Boulangerie Bakery.

I was smitten instantly and felt strongly that others should join me in my new addiction. The next day I started "My Eclair Challenge" and now I take every opportunity to drag people out and change their lives as well as have some quality conversation and fellowship.   9am-11am is the perfect time as the eclairs are at their freshest and Alex is usually available to chat.

If I give you the official invite (see below) and you notice maybe that day I'm not eating a heavenly eclair with you, It's because I probably had one the day before with someone else.  I will still be having a cup of their delicious coffee though, with a healthy dollop of heavy cream 😉
