Stop letting your email list collect dust. Get powerful email campaigns that drive sales, boost retention, build relationships and keep your brand on top of mind of your customers
Did you know that for every $1 spent on email marketing, you can earn an average of $42 back?
Sounds too good to be true, right? But it’s not. Email marketing remains one of the most cost-effective, high-ROI marketing channels. Unlike social media where algorithms limit your reach, or paid ads where visibility disappears the moment you stop spending, email marketing open the door to a direct conversation with your brand. It has no algorithm changes. No pay-to-play rules. Just consistent, measurable results.
Yet, so many businesses use it in a way that fails to drive results. Some blast generic newsletters that don’t get opened. Others send too many promotional emails and push subscribers away. And many don’t send anything at all or even worse they never even follow up with new sign-ups at all, leaving money on the table and letting competitors swoop in.
This is where I come in.
I’m a seasoned email marketing specialist with over 5 years of experience. I help businesses from e-commerce brands and service providers to startups and established companies transform their email lists into revenue-generating assets.
I’ve worked with businesses struggling to engage their customers. Through tailored campaigns, I helped them increase open rates by 45%, boost click-throughs, and generate consistent sales from their lists.
Whether you need someone to design, write, or automate your email campaigns, I provide strategies that don’t just look good in the inbox. They deliver measurable results.
First impressions matter. A new subscriber is at their peak interest when they sign up. I design and write welcome sequences that introduce your brand, set expectations, and guide them toward their first purchase.
Got a new product, service, or offer? I create promotional campaigns that grab attention, highlight benefits, and push customers to act—without coming across as spammy or pushy.
Keeping existing customers is cheaper than finding new ones. My retention emails focus on re-engaging inactive subscribers, reminding customers of abandoned carts, and offering loyalty rewards that keep them coming back.
Stay top of mind with value-packed newsletters that educate, inform, and entertain. From industry updates to company news, I make sure your emails are something people actually look forward to opening.
From cart abandonment flows to post-purchase thank you emails, I build automation that nurtures your customers at every stage of their journey—saving you time while maximizing conversions.

Worked as an email marketing specialist for a digital marketing agency that serves businesses in a variety of industries. In this project, I developed compelling, conversion-driven email copy for more than three clients: a veterinary clinic, a massage therapist, an automotive repair shop, and a fitness centre. I personalized content using dynamic tags and automation workflows and collaborated with designers to create visually appealing email templates. Here is the link to the emails
As an Email Marketing Specialist, I crafted a compelling welcome email for a digital agency to create a strong first impression and build immediate trust with new subscribers. The copy reflected the agency’s brand voice, highlighted its core services, and encouraged engagement by guiding recipients to explore its services on the website. As a result, the email nurtured leads from the start, improving email open and click-through rates, and setting the stage for higher client conversion. Here is the email copy
Feels Like Home, an upscale online furniture company, was launching a new affordable furniture line called For All. This line aimed to attract customers with less disposable income while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. As the email marketing coordinator, I designed and executed an email marketing campaign to leverage the company’s existing subscriber base and attract new customers.
Before executing the campaign, I transformed the company’s broad objectives into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals:
Grow the email subscriber list by the end of September.
Increase the monthly email conversion rate.
Revised SMART Goals:
Increase the email subscriber list by 6,000 by the end of September (from the current 100,000, at an increased rate of 2,000 per month instead of 1,000) by leveraging referral discounts and targeted promotions.
Increase the email conversion rate from 5% to 7% within six months of launch by targeting segmented audiences and offering strategic promotions.
To maximize engagement, I segmented the email list based on customer responses to key preference questions they answered when subscribing to the email list. This ensured that subscribers received highly relevant emails aligned with their interests. The three primary segments were:
Customers interested in small-space solutions: Received promotional emails with discounts on space-saving furniture.
Customers who preferred in-store shopping: They received exclusive in-store event invitations and promotions.
Pet owners: Received newsletters with tips for maintaining furniture quality in pet-friendly homes.
Segmenting the list allowed us to tailor our messaging, increasing the likelihood of conversions from our existing audience. We experienced a 46% higher email open-rate and a 27% higher click-through rate than with regular marketing emails
With segmented lists, I crafted personalized and high-converting email sequences, including:
Welcome Email: Introducing For All to new subscribers with a special discount offer.
Newsletter Update: Showcasing testimonials and behind-the-scenes content about the craftsmanship of For All.
Promotional Email: Announcing a limited-time discount and highlighting affordability.
Each email included clear and compelling subject lines, clear calls to action, and optimized content for readability and engagement. Here are the email copies

Step 4: Analyzing Email Campaign Metrics
I examined an email campaign’s monthly performance data then assessed the campaign’s progress toward its goals I monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Open Rates: Improved by 15% due to better subject line optimization.
Click-Through Rates (CTR): Increased by 12% with strategic placement of CTAs.
Conversion Rates: Reached 6.8% within five months, nearly hitting our 7% target ahead of schedule.
Here is the email performance data:

I compiled a presentation summarizing the campaign’s impact using Google Slides. Ere is the link to the presentation.

This project successfully increased Feels Like Home’s customer base and revenue using a strategic, data-driven email marketing approach. By setting clear SMART goals, segmenting lists effectively, creating a compelling email series, analyzing campaign performance, and presenting actionable insights, I played a key role in the success of the For All product line.
Task 1: Setting Email Campaign Goals
Task 2: Manual Email Segmentation
Task 3: Email Campaign copies
Task 4: Analyzing Email Campaign Metrics
Task 5: Email Campaign Presentation
I built and segmented targeted email lists using Constant Contact by organizing subscribers based on demographics, behavior, and geography. This allowed for the creation of personalized email campaigns tailored to each segment, increasing relevance and open rates.
The well-segmented lists and persuasive email content helped the business reduce unsubscribing by 20%, nurture leads more effectively, and ultimately drive more conversions and sales from its email marketing efforts. Email Copy
Odos Eyewear is an e-commerce business that sells prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses online and in stores. As a member of their marketing team, I was to create a welcome email for new subscribers in HubSpot.
I began with a copy of the Odos logo and a draft of the email text for you to use. The draft document contains:
A subject line
Preview text
Alt text for the logo image
The welcome email body (including headings, subheadings, and button text)
Using the content, I designed an email in the HubSpot email editor. The finished email reflected the brand’s personality, attributes (logo style, tone of voice, etc.), and tone of voice to maintain brand identity. These emails resulted in 30 % increased engagement, 25% increased open and click-through rates, and contributed to improved brand recognition and customer interaction.
I helped create an email campaign announcing sign-ups for the fall semester in Mailchimp for a tutoring business that offers personalized educational services online and in person. I was provided with a copy of the Homework Helpers’ logo, two additional images.
I drafted the email text, which included a subject line, preview text, the email body (with headings, subheadings, and button text), and alt text for the logo and images. I used this content to design an email in the Mailchimp email builder that reflected the brand’s personality and attributes (logo style, colors, tone of voice, etc.) and included at least one image in addition to the logo as per the requirement.
I worked with a regional theater company that performs a variety of new and classic plays throughout the year. One of their major marketing goals for the upcoming season was to increase ticket sales by 10% over the previous year.
To help achieve this goal, I supported the development of a combined paid, social, and email campaign. My focus was on the email campaign, aiming to increase subscriber engagement compared to the previous year. I was to improve the open rate and click-to-open rate (CTOR) across three subscriber segments:
Recent attendees (attended within the last two years)
Past attendees (attended over two years ago)
Email subscribers who had never attended a performance.
I examined last year’s open rate and CTOR data and prepared a presentation for the team to show how the previous data could inform and improve this year’s campaign performance. My analysis addressed the following:
What types of emails performed best with each subscriber segment in the past.
What types of email content should be prioritized for each segment in the new campaign?
