# Privacy Policy — Merge Block

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Merge Block app ("the app", "we")
handles and how. By using the app you agree to this policy.
## Summary
Merge Block is a single-player puzzle game. We do **not** ask you to create an account
and we do **not** collect personal information that directly identifies you. Your game
progress, statistics and settings are stored **only on your device**. The app shows ads
through Google AdMob, which collects certain data (including an advertising identifier)
as described below.
## Information stored on your device
The following is saved locally on your device and is **not** sent to us:
- Current game state (so you can continue an interrupted game)
- Statistics (best score, best tile, games played, total merges)
- Settings (sound, vibration, language, and whether you've seen the tutorial)
You can erase all of this at any time in **Settings → Reset data**, or by clearing the
app's storage / uninstalling the app.
## Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display advertisements. To serve
ads, Google and its partners may collect and process data, including:
- Your device's **advertising identifier** (Android Advertising ID)
- Approximate, non-precise information such as device type, OS version, IP-derived
coarse location, and ad interaction data
This data is used to deliver and measure ads (which may be personalized). We do not
control and are not responsible for Google's data practices. For details and choices,

You can reset or limit ad personalization via your device settings:
**Settings → Google → Ads** (reset advertising ID / opt out of ad personalization).
## Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- We do not require sign-in and we operate no servers that receive your gameplay data.
## Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If
you believe a child has provided personal information through the ad network, please
contact us and we will work with the provider to address it.
## Permissions
- **Vibrate** — used for haptic feedback on merges (no data is collected).
- **Internet / network state** (added automatically by the ads SDK) — used to load ads.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
