I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business, Clark University. My research examines underlying processes of organizational learning, mostly in the context of healthcare. My research has been published in Strategic Management Journal, Management Science, Journal of Business Ethics, and more. Please find my CV here.
I received my Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Theory from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. I received my B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Cornell University. Before my Ph.D. studies, I worked in the financial services sector, including asset management, insurance, and banking. In my free time, I love spending time with my cat Coco, playing Korean drums, and following Premier League football.
