This Privacy Policy explains how Jira Cloud Service Desk Exporter (the "Extension") handles the information accessed during its operation. We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any user data or Service Desk request data.
No Data Transmission: The Extension does not connect to any external server or service (including ours) to transmit any information accessed or generated during its use.
Local Processing Only: All data processing, including reading the Jira Service Desk request table and generating the CSV/XLSX file, is performed locally on your device. The resulting export file is immediately downloaded to your local machine.
No Personal Information Collected: We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, financial information, or authentication details.
The Extension operates by accessing data displayed on the Jira Service Desk customer portal pages (specifically https://*.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests*) when you explicitly click the export button. This accessed data includes:
The structure and content of the Jira Service Desk request table (e.g., ticket keys, summaries, dates, statuses).
This data is only accessed for the sole purpose of generating the export file and is not stored by the Extension after the file generation is complete.
The Extension requires the following permissions to function:
