I am an assistant professor of Public Administration at Inha University in South Korea.
My research examines how governance institutions and AI shape decision-making and organizational change in the public sector. My recent work focuses on AI governance and the organizational implications of AI adoption in governments. I also study local governance, including citizen participation, co-production, and local public finance.
My work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (JPART), Public Administration Review (PAR), Public Management Review (PMR), Public Performance & Management Review (PPMR), Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA), Local Government Studies (LGS), and Public Money & Management (PMM).Â
