Jin-Min Liang (梁津敏)
Hi! I'm Jin-Min Liang. I received my Ph.D. in 2023 from Capital Normal University, where I was supervised by Prof. Shaoming Fei.
My research interests include quantum entanglement and related topics.
From 2023 to 2025, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Peking University, working with Prof. Qiongyi He.
I am currently a Lecturer in Mathematics at Beijing Technology and Business University.

Selected Publications:
Detecting high-dimensional entanglement by randomized product projections, JM Liang, S Liu, SM Fei, Q He, Quantum Science and Technology 11 (1), LT03 (2026).
We develop an alternative approach to estimating entanglement fidelity using random unitary and orthogonal matrices. The numerical results show that only a few random operations (as few as 30) are sufficient to obtain a lower bound on the Schmidt number with a high confidence level (99.99%). This approach also works well for high-dimensional systems, with dimensions up to 80. However, these findings are based solely on numerical results. We hoped to theoretically prove this numerical observation, but had not succeeded by the time this work was published.
Variational-toolbox-based separability detection of multiqubit states, JM Liang, SM Fei, Q He, Physical Review A 112 (2), 022404 (2025).
We develop variational quantum algorithms to detect the separability of multiqubit states by designing different types of parameterized quantum circuits. We find that only two layers of quantum circuits are sufficient to detect certain partially separable states.
Real randomized measurements for analyzing properties of quantum states, JM Liang, S Imai, S Liu, SM Fei, O Gühne, Q He, Physical Review A 112 (2), 022434 (2025).
Previous random measurements are based on random unitary matrices. In this work, we employ random orthogonal matrices and explore their interesting applications, including the detection of high-dimensional entanglement and imaginarity.
Unified multivariate trace estimation and quantum error mitigation, JM Liang, QQ Lv, ZX Wang, SM Fei, Physical Review A 107 (1), 012606 (2023).
Previous methods achieve optimal circuit depth or minimize the number of ancillary qubits. In contrast, our proposal provides a trade-off between circuit depth and the number of ancillary qubits, offering greater flexibility for quantum devices with different computational capabilities.
