About Me

I am an assistant professor at the Department of Economics of Lingnan University. I hold a Ph.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, China.

My research focuses broadly on macroeconomics. I am particularly interested in macro labor,  macro development, monetary policy, and spatial economics. A unifying theme of my research is to understand the heterogeneity observed at the micro-level and evaluate how it impacts the aggregate economy and macroeconomic policy. My research approaches these questions with a mix of theory and empirics.
