I am an assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at National Taiwan University. My research centers on the behavioral consequences of environmental quality changes, the values of goods and services provided by the environment and natural resources, and advancing the methods to better measure these non-market values.
I received my Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Regional Economics (AEREC) from Pennsylvania State University. Before joining my current position, I worked in the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD) at Iowa State University.
