I have a strong obsession with cats, and since completing the CAS project is necessary, I joined the PAWS club that helps cats. Roughly three weeks after I joined there was an assignment for us which was to design the shirt. As a result, I was hyped, so I started to design the white shirt that has “cat” elements in it of course.
I didn’t think a lot about the design actually, at the time I don’t really feel like doing something too painstaking so I decided to draw something that’ll never get old: memes. I chose a classic “cat” meme and just redrew them with a blue color pen digitally. It was surprisingly long for me to draw this as I still want the product to look alright. Soon enough I just realized that I only designed the front of the shirt I need the back one as well so I drew another one. The result turns out to be pretty humorous and good in my opinion, and I actually wish the design will be considered or even taken. Unfortunately, since the high school is busy with the exams and graduation, the plan for shirt-making was delayed. So far, not much news were heard about the planning. This is probably why art is fascinating to do, you don’t need to be good at it (unless you consider it as your carrier), the main thing is to express what you want to share the most.

The front design of the shirt
Designing a shirt was harder than I thought it would be because I've never designed anything, especially the fact that you have to wear it on, makes it a bit more challenging to do so. Despite how funny and appealing it looks, I’m not extremely proud of this work as I definitely feel like I can put more effort into it and I sort of regret not trying hard enough on it. Therefore, next time I’m assigned work not only just to design something, but any other kind of work, I should put more effort into it. So I don’t have to let myself down again.
