I have two friends who like to go to the gym to work out, so I hung out with primarily two friends at the gym after school. As one of the only few students who is taking weight training, I became the one who just sometimes provided suggestions to my friends whenever we were in the school gym.
We hung out at the school gym two to three times in one month. One time, I suggested to my friend the drop set workout, which is to start the exercise with a heaviest weight but less reps, then gradually pick up lower weight but with more reps. It’s a faster and more efficient way to train muscles. Another time, I was there with another guy (the guy with yellow green shirt, image at the right). I was just suggesting and guiding him the workout form and how to use the machine supply.
A few hangouts together I found out these workouts I’ve learned in weight training class are actually helpful, as I applied this knowledge and understanding to my friends for the benefits. And it was also that, I can have closer interactions with my friend as we are working together in the gym.
