Hi! My name is Jimin Choi. 

I am currently studying as an Aerospace Engineering Ph.D student at the University of Michigan advised by Professor Max Z. Li. I received my Master's degree in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) as a member of the Strategic Aerospace Initiative under the advisement of Professor Jaemyung Ahn.


Throughout my academic journey, I have been passionate about exploring the intersection of technology and business, which has led me to develop a strong foundation in both fields.


My research interests are

  • Intersection of Machine Learning and Traditional Optimization


I love meeting and talking to people. I also enjoy new experiences and I'm passionate about the startup world. My bucket list is to see the Earth from space.
