 Our research group aims to improve the accuracy of satellite observations and enhance our understanding of weather phenomena using these observations. 

More specifically, our research focuses on understanding the microphysical characteristics of precipitating clouds on a global scale and improving the accuracy of satellite precipitation retrievals. 

Beyond these areas, we also seek to expand satellite-based research into broader areas using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
