Jiawei Lyu

Welcome to my website! I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. My current research lies at the intersection of labor and development economics, examining how policies and information shape gender inequality in the labor market and how workplace practices affect institutional productivity.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
