I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, working with Weijun Xie. I received my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from University of Maryland in 2025, advised by Ilya Ryzhov and Bruce Golden. I am interested in discrete optimization for data collection, data preparation and data analytics, using exact, approximation and heuristic algorithms, with applications in optimal experimental design, machine learning, econometrics, network design and humanitarian logistics.
