HUR Research Group

Our research primarily focuses on tackling modern challenges in the field of drug discovery using diverse chemical tools. In particular, we seek innovative ways to modulate novel and demanding drug targets by means of beyond rule-of-five molecules, especially macrocycles. We welcome synthetic and medicinal chemistry enthusiasts!
