Jhund movie story is based on a slum area in a small city Nagpur where the youth play football with a plastic box. Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) recognizes the talent of these young people and decides to devote his life to make the life of these people better. Talent and motivation are plenty, but the resources are not enough. How Vijay gathers the resources forms the crux of the story.
Throughout the movie, a serious subject has been handled skillfully, which is remarkable. The climax of the movie is breathtaking one and the performances of the actors is outstanding.
