Since October 2024 I am a PhD student at the "Simion Stoilow" Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy in Bucharest under the supervision of Alexandru A. Popa. I am a member of the project Group Schemes, Root Systems, and Related Representations (when opening this link you must change https to http!).

In general I am interested in topics where methods from one area of mathematics may be applied to a different (and perhaps seemingly unrelated) area. More specifically I am currently researching Weyl group multiple Dirichlet series  (WMDS) corresponding to generalized Kac-Moody algebras. This is a framework developed with the motivation to compute asymptotics for moment sums of Dirichlet L-functions. It may be thought of (at least in part) as applying the representation theory of Kac-Moody algebras to define objects of use in analytic number theory.
