2. SUMMARY OF OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES
AI Jewelry Store Designer 3D is an AI-powered jewelry store design and planning app. The App may process user-entered prompts, design briefs, selected design options, AI assistant messages, store planning inputs, and, only when you choose to use the Empty Shop Design feature, a shop photo selected from your photo library or captured with your camera.
The App uses third-party AI services to provide its core features. Before sending your data to third-party AI services, the App shows an AI Data Notice that explains what data will be sent, who it will be sent to, and why it will be sent. Data is sent only after you agree.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking. We do not scan your photo library. We do not upload unrelated photos. We do not access your camera in the background.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR PROCESS
Depending on the features you use, the App may collect or process the following information:
A. Design Prompts and Briefs
When you create a jewelry store design, the App may process:
- Text prompts entered by you
- Design briefs
- Selected store style
- Selected material, color, lighting, display, security, and layout options
- Notes you add for the design
- Refinement actions such as "Make It More Luxury", "Change Lighting", "Change Materials", "Make Store Wider", "Create New Angle", or similar design instructions
This information is used to prepare and generate AI design outputs.
B. AI Assistant Messages
When you use the AI assistant, the App may process:
- Messages you send to the assistant
- The assistant conversation context
- Design planning questions
- Brand idea requests, such as name ideas, slogan ideas, logo concept direction, brand tone, Instagram bio direction, and boutique positioning
This information is used to provide AI-generated design guidance, planning responses, and text-only brand concept assistance.
C. Photos You Choose or Capture
If you use the Empty Shop Design feature, you may choose a photo from your photo library or take a photo using your camera.
The selected or captured shop photo may be sent to a third-party AI image generation provider as a visual reference to redesign that space as a jewelry store.
The App does not scan, read, upload, index, or modify unrelated photos in your photo library. The App only accesses the photo you choose or the photo you capture for the feature.
D. Generated Images
The App may generate and display AI-created jewelry store images, empty shop redesigns, showcase designs, counter designs, or related visual concepts.
Generated images may be saved locally in the App gallery. If you choose to save an image to your device's Photos library, the App will request photo saving permission.
E. Store Planning Tool Inputs
The App includes store planning tools such as area calculation, wall area calculation, flooring quantity, lighting estimate, showcase size, layout suggestion, showcase lighting estimate, camera planning, customer flow guidance, display capacity estimate, light tone guidance, and material guidance.
These tool inputs, such as width, length, area, wall height, showcase count, counter count, corners, entries, or levels, are processed on your device for calculation purposes. They are not sent to third-party AI services unless you manually include them in a prompt or assistant message.
F. Subscription, Purchase, and Credit Information
The App may process subscription and purchase-related information through Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat, including:
- Subscription status
- Product identifier
- Entitlement status
- Renewal or purchase information
- Credit balance and credit grant status
- Transaction-related identifiers provided by Apple or RevenueCat
We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Payments are processed by Apple.
G. Local App Settings
The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
- Selected language
- AI consent status
- Credit balance
- Subscription status cache
- Gallery items saved in the App
- Daily AI assistant usage count
- Basic app preferences
This information is used to make the App function properly.
H. Technical Data
When the App communicates with third-party services, those services may receive technical information necessary to process the request, such as IP address, request metadata, device/network information, service logs, and error information. This is handled by the relevant third-party provider according to its own security and privacy practices.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information only for App functionality, including:
- Generating jewelry store interior design images
- Generating showcase and counter design images
- Redesigning a user-selected or user-captured shop photo
- Improving a user prompt before image generation
- Providing AI assistant responses
- Creating design briefs and brand concept guidance
- Managing subscriptions, credits, and premium access
- Saving generated designs in the App gallery
- Allowing users to save generated images to Photos
- Providing support and responding to user requests
- Maintaining app reliability, security, and functionality
- Preventing abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the App
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, data broker sharing, or cross-app tracking.
5. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES AND DATA SHARING
The App uses third-party service providers to provide AI, subscription, purchase, and app functionality.
We require third-party service providers that process user data on our behalf to provide the same or an equal level of protection for user data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable App Store privacy requirements.
The data sent depends on the feature you use.
A. OpenAI, LLC
The App may send the following information to OpenAI:
- Text prompts
- Design briefs
- Selected style and design options
- Notes entered by the user
- AI assistant messages
- Brand idea requests
Purpose:
OpenAI is used to improve prompts, prepare design briefs, and provide AI assistant responses.
Important:
The App does not send your selected or captured shop photo to OpenAI for the Empty Shop Design feature. The shop photo is sent only to the image generation provider described below.
B. Replicate, Inc.
The App may send the following information to Replicate:
- Final image generation prompts
- Selected design options
- Fixture or showcase design prompts
- For Empty Shop Design only: the shop photo you choose or capture
Purpose:
Replicate is used to run AI image generation models and return generated jewelry store, empty shop redesign, showcase, and counter images.
C. Black Forest Labs Models
The App may use Black Forest Labs models through Replicate, including Flux-based image generation models.
Data that may be processed:
- Final image generation prompt
- Selected design options
- For Empty Shop Design only: selected or captured shop photo as a visual reference
Purpose:
To generate jewelry store interior images and photo-based empty shop redesigns.
D. ByteDance / SDXL Lightning Model Through Replicate
For certain showcase and counter design requests, if the primary image model fails or is unavailable, the App may use a ByteDance / SDXL Lightning model through Replicate as a fallback.
Data that may be processed:
- Fixture or showcase design prompt
- Selected fixture type
- Selected fixture style
- Selected material options
- Optional fixture notes entered by the user
Purpose:
To generate showcase, counter, or jewelry display fixture images.
E. RevenueCat
The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status.
Data that may be processed:
- Product identifier
- Subscription status
- Entitlement information
- Transaction-related identifiers
- Renewal or purchase status
- Credit grant status
Purpose:
To verify premium access and grant credits.
F. Apple
Apple processes payments, App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and device-level permissions such as camera and photo library permissions.
We do not control Apple's processing of payment and App Store data.
6. USER CONSENT BEFORE AI DATA SHARING
Before using AI features that send data to third-party AI services, the App displays an AI Data Notice.
The notice explains:
- What data will be sent
- Which third-party AI providers may receive the data
- That the data is used for prompt enhancement, AI assistant responses, or image generation
- That selected or captured shop photos are sent only when the user chooses or captures a photo for Empty Shop Design
- That tapping "I Agree" gives permission for the described data transfer
If you do not agree, you should not use AI generation or AI assistant features.
7. PHOTO LIBRARY AND CAMERA PERMISSIONS
The App requests photo library or camera access only when needed for a user-selected action.
Photo Library access is used to:
- Select a shop photo as a reference for Empty Shop Design
- Save a generated AI design image to your Photos library when you choose to save it
Camera access is used to:
- Capture a shop photo for the Empty Shop Design feature
The App does not use the camera in the background. The App does not scan, read, index, or upload unrelated photos from your photo library.
8. GENERATED CONTENT AND OUTPUTS
AI-generated outputs may be stored locally in the App gallery. You may also choose to save generated images to your device.
Generated content may include:
- Jewelry store interior renders
- Empty shop redesigns
- Showcase and counter designs
- Design brief summaries
- Brand idea text or assistant responses
- Before and after comparison views
You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.
9. DATA RETENTION
Local data stored on your device may remain until you delete it, clear the App data, delete generated gallery items, or uninstall the App.
Generated images saved to your Photos library remain under your control in the Photos app.
Third-party AI providers may temporarily process and retain submitted data according to their own policies and technical requirements. We use these providers only to provide the requested App functionality.
Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records.
10. DATA DELETION REQUESTS

Please include the name of the App and a clear description of your request.
Because the App does not require a user account, some data may exist only locally on your device. You can delete local App data by deleting saved gallery items or uninstalling the App.
For data processed by third-party providers, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with deletion requests where technically possible and where the provider supports such requests.
11. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, legally restricted, financial, medical, biometric, government identification, or private personal information through the App.
12. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with data brokers.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
13. TRACKING
The App does not use third-party advertising tracking.
The App does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
