Welcome to AI Jewelry Design Generator ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and with whom it is shared when you use our mobile application (the "App").
This policy has been strictly formulated to comply with global privacy standards and App Store Guidelines regarding Data Collection and Data Use, ensuring complete transparency regarding how your data interacts with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
When you use our App, we only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our core services.
a. User-Provided Data (Text Prompts): The only data we actively collect from you are the text descriptions ("prompts") you type into the App to generate jewelry designs. This data is collected directly when you submit a design request within the App.
b. Device and Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, non-identifying data regarding how the App is used (e.g., app crashes, feature usage) to improve app stability and performance.
c. Photos and Images: The App DOES NOT read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photo library. We request "Add to Photos" permission solely to save the AI-generated jewelry images that you explicitly choose to save to your local device.
We do NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, address, or exact location. We do not require you to create a user account.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The text prompts you provide are used for one single, explicit purpose:
- To generate the jewelry design images you requested.
We do not use your text prompts for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated secondary purposes.
4. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
To generate high-quality AI images, your text prompts must be processed by specialized third-party Artificial Intelligence providers.
Before any data is sent, the App presents a clear Consent Notice identifying exactly what data is sent and to whom, and requires your explicit permission to proceed.
Who the data is sent to:
- OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.): Your text prompts are sent to OpenAI's API to enhance and format the prompt for optimal image generation.
- Replicate / Black Forest Labs: The enhanced prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs models) to render and generate the final image.
What data is sent:
- ONLY the text prompt you entered. No personal identifiers, IP addresses, or device IDs are shared with these third-party AI services.
Equal Protection Guarantee:
We have verified and hereby confirm that the third-party services we share your prompt data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are legally bound to process this data securely, they do not use your API-submitted prompts to train their public models, and they comply with strict data retention and security protocols.
5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We do not store your text prompts or generated images on our servers. All generated images and prompt histories are stored locally on your device. Once your text prompt is processed by the aforementioned third-party AI APIs and the image is returned to your device, the prompt data is transient and is not permanently retained by us.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or send any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
7. IN-APP PURCHASES
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, your payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card or payment information.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
